Key Responsibilities:

1. Facility Operations Management

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all facility operations, including housekeeping, technical maintenance, Horticulture.

3. Staff Management

• Supervise facility staff including housekeeping, technicians, and support personnel.

• Plan and schedule shifts to ensure 24/7 operational coverage.

• Conduct regular training programs for staff on safety, hygiene, and operational excellence.

4. Budgeting and Cost Control

• Prepare annual operating budgets and ensure adherence to cost control measures.

• Track expenses, approve vendor invoices, and manage petty cash as per policy.

• Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising service quality.

5. Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to fire safety, labor laws, and environmental standards.

• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness drills.

• Maintain updated documentation for inspections and certifications.

6. Client and Stakeholder Management

• Act as the single point of contact for clients regarding facility operations.

• Address client feedback and ensure timely resolution of complaints.

• Provide regular reports and performance dashboards to clients and senior management.

7. Continuous Improvement

• Implement best practices and innovative solutions for operational efficiency.

• Drive sustainability and green initiatives within the facility.

• Lead periodic reviews to identify areas of improvement.
