We are looking for a Operation Manager to join our team at Elysium Groups (Atchayapattra Foods). The role involves A Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen's daily operations, ensuring food is prepared and served to high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, upholding hygiene and safety regulations, and collaborating with other departments. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Staff Management:

  Overseeing kitchen staff, assigning duties, training, mentoring, and evaluating performance. 

• Food Quality and Presentation:

  Ensuring food is prepared and presented according to established standards and customer expectations. 

• Inventory and Cost Control:

  Managing food inventory, ordering supplies, controlling waste, and monitoring food costs. 

• Health and Safety:

  Implementing and maintaining health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitized kitchen environment. 

• Collaboration and Communication:

  Working with other departments (e.g., head chef, purchasing, management) on menu planning, special events, and problem-solving. 

• Operational Efficiency:

  Ensuring smooth kitchen operations, including timely food preparation and service during peak hours. 

• Training and Development:

  Providing guidance and support to kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. 

• Menu Planning and Development:

  Participating in the development of new recipes and menu items, contributing to culinary innovation. 

• Equipment Maintenance:

  Ensuring proper functioning of kitchen equipment, reporting maintenance needs, and managing equipment inventory. 

• Record Keeping:

  Maintaining necessary records, such as temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and inventory reports. 

• Problem Solving:

  Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues within the kitchen team. 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
