Key Responsibilities:

• Bali Tour Operations: Manage end-to-end B2B operations for Bali, Indonesia, including hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and activities.

• Vendor Coordination: Communicate with local vendors in Bali (hotels, drivers, guides, etc.) to confirm and manage services.

• Itinerary Execution: Ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of planned itineraries for Indian travel agents’ clients.

• Booking Management: Handle booking confirmations, updates, and cancellations using internal systems and vendor tools.

• Agent Support: Respond to Indian B2B travel agent queries via email, WhatsApp, and calls — pre and post-departure.

• Documentation: Assist in preparing travel documents like vouchers, invoices, confirmations, etc.

• Service Monitoring: Track guest feedback, handle operational issues on-ground (with vendor support), and ensure guest satisfaction.

• Coordination with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales and quotations team to ensure smooth handover after confirmations.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills

• Good communication (English and Hindi); basic understanding of Bahasa (optional)

• Familiarity with Bali hotels, activities, and geography

• Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and booking tools

• Calm and problem-solving mindset
