Job Role:
Manage Video KYC (VKYC) process for customer onboarding
Ensure VKYC completion targets are met
Oversee and coordinate with Customer to ensure smooth completion of VKYC
Meet daily assigned VKYC completion targets within TAT.
Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality customer experience during the onboarding process

Rotational Shifts 9.30 – 6.30 and 10 – 7 PM
Work from Office
1st, 3rd, 5th Saturday working
Cab facility would be there after 8 PM
