Job Role:
The Operations Executive – Back Office is responsible for supporting branch operations by handling administrative tasks, ensuring accurate transaction processing, and maintaining data integrity. This role is crucial to the smooth functioning of banking services and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
JOB ROLE:
Perform day-to-day back office operational tasks including data entry, transaction processing, and document verification.
Handle account opening, KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation, and compliance checks.
Reconcile daily transactions and generate MIS (Management Information System) reports.
Coordinate with the front office, relationship managers, and other departments for smooth workflow.
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Monitor and process inward/outward clearing, NEFT/RTGS transactions, and fund transfers.
