Key Responsibilities:

1. Material Handling & Documentation:

   • Scrap material unloading, sorting, and loading as per company SOPs.

   • Capturing photographs of incoming and outgoing materials for documentation & compliance purposes.

   • Physical verification of materials received (type & quantity) as per delivery challan.

2. EPR Process Coordination:

   • Monitoring daily scrap inflow and maintaining accurate records of segregated material categories.

   • Preparing daily reports of materials processed, dispatched, and stock in hand.

   • Ensuring all scrap items are categorized as per EPR guidelines (Plastic, Metal, E-waste, etc.)

3. Compliance & Verification:

   • Cross-checking GST, TDS, and other statutory documents of vendors and suppliers.

   • Coordinating with the accounts team for document verification and approvals.

   • Ensuring that all documentation related to dispatches is accurate and properly filed.

4. Plant Operations Support:

   • Coordination with transporters & vendors for timely pickup/drop of materials.

   • Supporting the plant supervisor in daily operational activities.

   • Ensuring housekeeping and safety protocols are followed during loading/unloading activities.

5. MIS & Reporting:

   • Updating daily MIS reports for material inflow/outflow.

   • Maintaining photo records for audit trails and compliance submission.

   • Assisting in monthly EPR report preparation for management review.
