We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage and support day-to-day operations of skill assessment projects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and assessment partners to ensure smooth execution of assessments, reporting, and compliance as per organizational and client requirements.
Coordinate end-to-end operations for skill assessment projects across different locations.
Schedule and manage assessment activities, including assessor deployment, candidate communication, and logistics.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client guidelines.
Maintain and update records of assessments, results, and candidate performance data.
Prepare reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
Liaise with training partners, assessors, and government/sector skill councils as required.
Handle operational queries, escalations, and issue resolution in a timely manner.
Support audits, compliance checks, and documentation processes.
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Management, or related field).
1–3 years of experience in operations, assessments, or training/skill development projects (fresher with strong aptitude can also apply).
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Hindi; regional languages are an added advantage.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
