To Coordinate with CHA for vehicle and driver details, same as coordinate with driver for CHA and Yard Details

To closely coordinate with an external fleet supplier and ensure timely receipt of the supportive documents like LR, Empty Receipt etc.

To communicate in advance to your Reporting Manager if delay or unavailability of the fleet

To work closely with the Operations team for the Execution of the Order ,2) To Plan and allocate the fleet Internally or Externally , 3) To communicate with the customer and Drivers to solve their tracing related queried 4) To closely coordinate with all Teams for receipt of the supportive documents like LR, E-way Bill etc. timely , 6) To coordinate with the drivers and provide extended support as and when needed 7) To maintain the reports and required Documents and MIS for management analysis (Soft copy and Hard Copy Both) 9) To take up the task as and when assigned by the reporting manager 10) To Educate the new Drivers about company policies as and when needed (Keep it on records)
