Key Responsibilities
Manage and update the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
Track, manage, and assign sales leads to individual sales team members; monitor lead progress through the sales funnel.
Maintain and update incentive data for the sales team, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of performance-based rewards.
Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns using CRM and marketing automation tools.
Send WhatsApp messages and manage other direct communication channels for customer engagement and promotions.
Support digital marketing initiatives, including basic campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
Source and qualify new leads from various digital and offline channels; maintain lead pipeline and ensure timely follow-up.
Organize live sessions, including scheduling, creating Zoom links, and sharing invitations with all relevant clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM activities with broader business goals.
Generate and present regular reports on lead status, campaign performance, and incentive tracking to management.
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations in all CRM and marketing activities.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Freshworks, Zoho) and marketing automation tools.
Strong organizational and data management skills; attention to detail in maintaining customer and lead records.
Experience with email marketing platforms and WhatsApp Business for mass communications.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including lead generation and campaign analytics.
Ability to coordinate virtual events and manage online meeting tools (e.g., Zoom)3.
Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights for sales and marketing teams.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and client interaction.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in CRM management, sales support, or digital marketing roles.
Familiarity with incentive management and sales performance tracking.
Experience with lead sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Scrupp) is a plus
