Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting and coordinating field executives for tasks such as tractor verification, vehicle verification, and document verification. This role involves effective communication, coordination, and operational oversight to ensure timely and accurate verification services.
Recruit Field Executives:
Source, screen, and onboard qualified field executives.
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future needs.
Coordinate Field Operations:
Assign verification tasks to field executives (tractor, vehicle, and document verification).
Monitor task progress and ensure timely completion.
Act as the primary point of contact between field executives and the central team.
Case Management:
Ensure accurate and complete handling of each verification case.
Resolve any issues or delays in the field verification process.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain records of field activities, completed cases, and team performance.
Prepare regular reports on operational metrics.
Compliance & Quality Control:
Ensure all verifications meet company standards and client requirements.
Conduct spot checks or follow-ups when needed to ensure data accuracy.
Prior experience in operations, field coordination, or recruitment preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage a remote team.
Proficient in MS Office and field tracking tools.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
