Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage day-to-day travel operations.
Handle bookings, reservations, itineraries, and travel documentation.
Communicate with hotels, transport providers, airlines, and other vendors.
Monitor service quality and resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational data.
Ensure timely execution of travel plans and customer requirements.
Support the sales and customer service teams when required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree .
1–3 years of experience in travel operations or a related field (freshers with relevant skills may apply).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
