Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers with booking, locating, and connecting with their Uber rides.
Provide accurate information regarding Uber pickup zones, ride types, pricing, and promotions.
Handle rider issues or complaints promptly, professionally, and with empathy.
Liaise with airport authorities, security, and Uber drivers to streamline operations.
Monitor ride activity and troubleshoot logistical issues (e.g., congestion, pickup confusion).
Ensure signage, kiosks, and Uber-designated zones are clearly marked and maintained.
Collect feedback from users and report trends, issues, and suggestions to operations team.
