Role Summary:

As an Operations Executive, you will oversee day-to-day backend operations including order management, inventory coordination, logistics tracking, and vendor communication. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process orders through internal systems and e-commerce platforms.

• Oversee order packaging and scheduling, track shipments, manage returns and exchanges, and monitor inventory levels to ensure seamless fulfillment operations."

• Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and customer support teams.

• Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend improvements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream. ( “12th pass may be considered.")

• basic knowledge of MS Excel and order processing tools.

• Prior experience in back-office, logistics, or e-commerce operations preferred.

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Strong coordination and time management abilities.
