Repair Maintenances
· Supervising teams of staff
· Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance
· Dealing with emergencies as they arise
· Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards
· Planning for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements
· Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects
· Helping with office backend work (if any), Ensuring premises facility safety.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 10 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
