We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support daily operations and ensure seamless coordination between field teams and hardware units. This role involves on-ground issue resolution, logistics coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of operational activities.
Coordinate daily tasks with field staff and hardware/technical teams.
Monitor and ensure timely deployment, maintenance, and support of equipment.
Identify and resolve operational issues at the ground level.
Track and report field progress, equipment usage, and issue logs.
Maintain records related to field activities, inventory, and deployment schedules.
Act as a point of contact between on-field personnel and back-office teams.
Assist in vendor coordination and logistics planning.
Prepare daily and weekly reports for the operations lead/manager.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in operations, field coordination, or support roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and solve on-ground problems independently.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting tools
