This involves managing the entire onboarding process, from initial paperwork to familiarizing new employees with the company's culture and systems. They also ensure compliance, provide training, and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation:
Collect, organize, and process all necessary paperwork for new hires, including employment contracts, benefits enrollment forms, and tax forms.
Orientation:
Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company's policies, procedures, and culture.
System Access:
Ensure new hires have access to the necessary IT systems, software, and equipment to perform their jobs.
Training:
Facilitate and coordinate training sessions, including job-specific training and company-wide orientation.
Resource Provision:

Compliance:
