Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office tasks (filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry)
Manage incoming/outgoing couriers and mail
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Assist in preparing documents, letters, and reports
Support staff with administrative and clerical work
Keep the office area clean and organized
Coordinate with vendors and visitors as required
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
Good communication and organizational skills
Punctual, honest, and dependable
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
