INTACH is seeking a smart, detail-oriented 'Office Assistant' with a basic understanding of Accounts, Tally, and administration to join our team in Lucknow.
An 'Office Assistant' is a support role responsible for providing administrative and clerical services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• PERFORMING DATA ENTRY AND RECORD KEEPING TASKS
• FILING AND ORGANISING PAPERWORK AND DOCUMENTS
• SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS, MEETINGS, AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
• PERFORMING BASIC BOOKKEEPING AND FINANCIAL TASKS
• ASSISTING WITH PREPARING REPORTS, PRESENTATIONS, AND CORRESPONDENCE • ASSIST IN ORGANIZING OFFICE EVENTS
• MAINTAINING OFFICE SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT, AND PLACE ORDERS ACCORDINGLY, AND MANAGE STORE INVENTORY OF CONSUMABLE & NON- CONSUMABLE STOCK
• ANNUAL VERIFICATION OF DEAD STOCK AND MAINTAINING UPDATED STOCK RECORDS
• PERFORMING AD-HOC ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS AS AND WHEN REQUIRED
• OTHER DAY-TO-DAY OFFICE MISCELLANEOUS WORK
REQUIREMENTS
• GRADUATE OR POSTGRADUATE, PREFERABLY B.COM/M.COM OR
HAVE SOME RELEVANT EXPERIENCE OF 1-3 YEARS
• GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS (WRITTEN & VERBAL)
• KNOWLEDGE OF TALLY AND ACCOUNTING , INCLUDING STOCK-MANAGEMENT
• KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, )
DESIRABLE
• TYPING (HINDI/ENGLISH) AND SHORTHAND
SALARY
