Job Description:
Atchaya Gold Company is looking for a reliable and customer-friendly Sales Executive & Office Assistant to support our gold buying operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, assisting in old jewellery purchase transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office activities.
Responsibilities:
Interact with customers who want to sell old jewellery.
Verify and check jewellery items with proper documentation.
Explain the buying process clearly and answer customer questions.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer details.
Assist in office administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and phone calls.
Support the management team in daily operations.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Qualification: +2 / Any Degree.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Data Entry).
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
Prior experience in gold/jewellery or financial services preferred, but freshers can also apply.
