Brief Summary:
This role will be responsible for collating, maintaining, and analyzing daily and monthly sales reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. In addition, you will consolidate sales incentives and collaborate with the HR department to facilitate incentive payouts. Your role will also involve coordinating with stores to clarify sales data and aligning MIS report formats based on inputs from the Retail Operations Head.

1. Gather and compile daily and monthly sales reports from various sources.
2. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of sales data.
3. Create a systematic process to organize and store sales reports.
4. Gather information on sales incentives and bonuses earned by the sales team.
5. Collaborate with the HR department to calculate and verify incentive payouts.
6. Provide consolidated sales incentive data to HR for processing.
7. Liaise with the Retail Operations Head to understand report requirements.
8. Develop and maintain standardized formats for MIS reports.
9. Incorporate feedback and updates from stakeholders to enhance report formats.
10. Communicate with store managers and staff to obtain necessary sales data.
11. Resolve any discrepancies or missing information related to sales reports.
12. Ensure clear and effective communication channels with stores.
13. Utilize analytical tools and techniques to extract insights from sales reports.
14. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve sales performance.
15. Present findings and recommendations to the management team.
Skill Required
1. Graduation or Diploma level education in Business Management or a related field.
2. Proven experience in business management reporting for a minimum of 2+ years.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets.
4. Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar software.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
6. Effective communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
