Job Description: -

We are looking for an enthusiastic MIS Intern to join our Marketing team. The role involves assisting in creating, maintaining, and analyzing data reports that support marketing campaigns and decision-making. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has an eye for detail, and wants to learn how marketing insights are driven through MIS.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

1. Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the marketing team.

2. Maintain and update marketing databases (leads, campaigns, customer interactions, etc.).

3. Analyze campaign performance and prepare summary dashboards.

4. Support the team with ad-hoc data requirements and reporting tasks.

5. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data reporting.

6. Assist in automating reports and improving reporting efficiency.

7. Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to gather data for analysis.

Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)

2. Basic understanding of MIS / data reporting concepts.

3. Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio (preferred but not mandatory).

4. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Attention to detail and data accuracy.

6. Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
