We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with strong expertise in Google Sheets to manage, analyze, and report business data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating dashboards, automating reports, and ensuring data integrity to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MIS reports using Google Sheets, including dashboards and pivot tables.

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various departments to ensure accurate reporting.

• Create automated workflows using Google Apps Script, formulas, and advanced functions.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

• Collaborate with different teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for business improvement.

• Ensure data confidentiality and maintain proper documentation of all reports and processes.

• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

  Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including:

    • Complex formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY)

    • Data validation and conditional formatting

    • Pivot tables and charts

    • Google Apps Script for automation

  • Good understanding of database concepts and data analysis.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to present data clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar MIS or data analysis role.
