Designation: MIS / Mapping Executive 

Experience: 0-3 years  (Fresher can also applied – Graduation is Mandatory)

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

Hotel Mapping:

• Identify and map new hotels to our database, ensuring accurate location, description, and classification.

• Verify and update existing hotel information to maintain data integrity.

• Resolve discrepancies and inconsistencies in hotel data.

Content Management:

• Oversee the creation, editing, and maintenance of hotel content, including descriptions, amenities, and images.

• Ensure that hotel content is consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.

System Analysis:

• Analyze system performance related to hotel data and content integration.

• Identify areas for improvement and work with technical teams to implement solutions.

• Monitor data flow and troubleshoot issues related to hotel mapping and content management.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., technical, contracting, operations) to address and resolve any hotel data-related issues.

• Liaise with external partners and vendors to facilitate smooth data integration and updates.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of hotel mapping activities and content updates.

• Prepare and present reports on mapping progress, data accuracy, and system performance.

Qualifications and Skill:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Proven experience in hotel mapping, content management, or system analysis.

• Strong understanding of hotel industry standards and practices.

• Knowledge of using database management systems and content management tools.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Good command over MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
