Data Management:
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all data stored within the company's systems.
Coordinate with departments to gather, analyze, and manage information relevant to business operations.
Reporting & Analysis:
Develop and maintain management information reports (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) to track business performance.
Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to senior management and department heads.
Create custom reports as per department needs and business requirements.
System Maintenance & Support:
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to the company’s information systems and databases.
Assist in the maintenance and updates of software, hardware, and networking systems.
Database Management:
Work with database administrators to manage the company’s databases and ensure optimal performance.
Assist in the design and structuring of databases to meet business needs.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with different departments to understand their MIS requirements and design solutions to meet them.
Provide support to team members and assist in training them on the use of systems and data reporting tools.
Documentation & Process Improvement:
Maintain accurate documentation related to data management practices, processes, and system updates.
Identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions for process optimization in the handling of information systems.
