Reporting To: Sales Manager / Production Head / Director

Job Purpose:

To efficiently manage and analyze data related to sales, inventory, store operations, and production, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• MIS Reporting:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales, production, and store activities.

  • Analyze data trends and share insights with management.

• Inventory & Store Data Management:

  • Maintain and update inventory records in the system.

  • Track stock levels, consumption, and reordering requirements.

  • Coordinate with the store department to ensure accurate stock reporting.

• Production Data Tracking:

  • Monitor production data including raw material usage, production output, and wastage.

  • Generate production efficiency and performance reports.

  • Assist in tracking production schedules and timelines.

• Database & System Maintenance:

  • Ensure timely updates in ERP/CRM systems.

  • Safeguard data accuracy and maintain confidentiality.

• Coordination & Support:

  • Liaise with sales, production, and store departments for smooth data flow.

  • Assist in process automation and workflow improvements.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

• Experience in inventory management and production tracking tools.

• Good understanding of ERP or related systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.

Qualification:

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / IT or related field preferred).

• 1-3 years of experience in MIS, inventory control, or production reporting.

Compensation:

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 per month (CTC)
