Daily Operations & Attendance
Track and update daily attendance for warehouse, field, and support staff.
Record daily tasks, machine dispatch/return events, maintenance logs, and downtime.
Data Management & Reporting
Create daily reports (attendance, machine utilisation, maintenance logs) in Excel or MIS tools timespro.com+11tutorials.smarttejas.com+11in.indeed.com+11expertia.ai.
Maintain accurate, clean data in shared databases or sheets.
Generate weekly/monthly MIS for operations review.
Customer Engagement
Call existing customers to gauge upcoming rental needs and assess satisfaction.
Log call outcomes in CRM or register, setting reminders for follow-ups or quotes.
Work with sales team to pass on leads and opportunities gleaned from these calls.
Sales Coordination
Assist inside/outside sales teams with customer history, rental data, and follow-up schedules.
Help prepare basic rental proposals based on machine availability and usage.
Machine Data & Asset Tracking
Maintain records on heavy machinery (JCB, RCC equipment, gensets/DG), including serial numbers, status, and rental history.
Update asset status post-rental (available, under repair, reserved).
Experience: 4+ years in MIS/Operations related to equipment rental or logistics (with machinery tracking & customer interfacing).
Education: Graduate (any discipline).
Technical Skills:
Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
Familiarity with MIS tools, basic CRM or database systems.
Ability to learn and maintain equipment logs, CRM entries, and call records.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and customer-facing ability.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and punctual.
Ability to multitask—managing reports, calls, and operational data daily.
Proven track record handling MIS/reporting, attendance systems, and call-based customer follow-up.
Comfortable coordinating between operations (machinery dispatch), admin (attendance), and sales (client calls/quotes).
Can consistently maintain data and generate accurate daily/weekly reports for management insight.
On-time daily reporting (tasks, attendance, machine logs).
Customer outreach: Number of calls made, follow-up leads generated.
Data accuracy: Discrepancies in logs < 2%.
Machine availability: Timely status updates after each rental cycle.
