Qualification: Minimum Graduate (Preferred: B.Com/BCA/BBA or equivalent)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Description

Leshrac Electricals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Google Sheets and MIS reporting. The role involves data management, reporting, analysis, and coordination with internal departments for smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Work extensively on Google Sheets and maintain accurate data records.

• Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare data for reporting.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.

• Track and update sales, order status, payment collection, and client database.

• Identify data discrepancies and take corrective action.

• Automate reports where possible to improve efficiency.

• Maintain backup and security of MIS data.

Key Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, conditional formatting)

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level)

• Attention to detail and data accuracy

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Basic communication in Hindi and English

• Ability to work independently and handle data-related tasks proactively

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum Graduation

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in MIS/Data Entry/Reporting

• Prior experience with Google Sheets is mandatory

• Candidates from South Delhi or nearby areas will be preferred
