Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting

• Collect, consolidate, and validate data from internal systems, partners, and stakeholders.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for leadership and operational teams.

• Create automated dashboards and trackers for business KPIs (sales, transactions, inventory, vouchers, billing, reconciliations, etc.).

• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and timely availability.

Business Analytics

• Analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decisions.

• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities with data inputs.

• Work closely with business teams to develop ad-hoc reports and analysis.

Operational Support

• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Product, Operations) to ensure smooth data flow.

• Assist in operational activities such as reconciliation, invoice data preparation, and partner portal updates.

• Monitor system-level data (APIs, vouchers, order logs) and raise flags for any discrepancies.

Process Improvement

• Identify gaps and propose improvements in reporting workflows and automation.

• Support implementation of new tools and platforms for efficient MIS processes.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Advanced MS Excel & Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards).

• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI/Tableau (added advantage).
