Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Canva, with a knack for transforming data into meaningful insights that support operational and management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to operations, manpower deployment, and service performance.

• Analyze large data sets to generate actionable insights for management.

• Develop dashboards and visual reports in Power BI for performance tracking and trend analysis.

• Design and create presentations, reports, and infographics using Canva for client and internal reviews.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updating across systems.

• Coordinate with various departments (Operations, HR, Accounts, etc.) to collect and validate data.

• Assist management in budget tracking, cost analysis, and KPI monitoring.

• Support in automation of reports and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or reporting.

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.), Power BI, and Canva.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.
