HIKey Responsibilities:
1. Data Management:
- Collect and compile data from various sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Maintain databases and update records as necessary.
2. MIS Reporting:
- Generate regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to management.
3. Coordination:
- Coordinate with various departments to gather information and ensure data consistency.
- Facilitate communication between teams to resolve data-related issues.
- Ensure timely dissemination of information to stakeholders.
4. Analytical Support:
- Provide analytical support to management for strategic decision-making.
- Identify areas for process improvements and suggest solutions.
5. System Maintenance:
- Ensure MIS systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with IT team for resolutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in MIS tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
