Develop, generate, and analyze regular MIS reports for management and stakeholders.
Maintain and update internal databases (e.g., Excel, SQL, ERP systems).
Automate repetitive reporting tasks and streamline data processes.
Identify trends and provide actionable insights from data analysis.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Coordinate with different departments to understand data needs.
Troubleshoot data issues and system errors.
Assist in the development and implementation of MIS policies and procedures.
Prepare ad-hoc reports as required by management.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
Knowledge of database management and reporting tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
