The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing data to support business decision-making and operational efficiency within the automobile dealership or service center. The role involves generating regular reports, maintaining databases, and ensuring accurate, timely, and meaningful reporting across various departments such as Sales, Service, Inventory, and Finance.
Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to sales, inventory, service operations, and customer data.
Maintain and update databases related to vehicles, spare parts, services, and customer information.
Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Accounts departments to collect data and ensure accuracy.
Generate reports for management to support planning and performance tracking.
Automate reports using Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) for efficiency.
Track vehicle deliveries, stock levels, and service follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with reporting standards set by OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
Support CRM activities and customer feedback analysis.
Monitor KPIs and performance indicators across departments.
Handle DMS (Dealer Management System) operations and reporting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros)
