Healthcare Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development:

• Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions for GDA and housekeeping staff.

• Train staff on hospital protocols, hygiene practices, patient handling, infection control, waste management, and safety measures.

Monitoring & Evaluation:

• Monitor staff behavior and performance post-training and coordinate with department heads for follow-up.

• Maintain attendance, feedback, and performance evaluation records of trainees.

Administrative & Data Entry Tasks:

• Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy.

• Enter staff data, attendance, certification records, and compliance status into hospital management systems or MS Excel.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Healthcare or Science)

• Basic training in healthcare or hospital administration

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Knowledge of infection control and hospital hygiene protocols
