Responsibilities:
• Monitor and identify new tenders on the GEM portal
• Handle the entire tender process: documentation, bid preparation, submission, and follow-ups
• Maintain compliance with government norms and guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required inputs
• Manage vendor registration, product/service listing, and updates on the portal
• Ensure timely renewal and documentation
Requirements:
• Proven experience working on the GEM portal (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Familiarity with tendering procedures and government procurement
• Strong communication and coordination skills
