We are looking for a smart, presentable, and proactive Front Office cum Portal Posting Executive to join our real estate office. The ideal candidate should have experience handling front desk responsibilities and strong skills in managing property listings on portals like 99acres, Housing.com, MagicBricks, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Duties:
Greet and attend to walk-in clients and visitors at the front desk.
Handle incoming calls and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Assist in general administrative tasks as required.
Portal Marketing & Data Entry:
Upload and manage real estate listings on portals like 99acres, Housing.com, and MagicBricks.
Ensure accurate data entry of property details, pricing, and photographs.
Maintain and update data in Excel and Google Sheets.
Work closely with the sales team to collect updated information for listings.
Refresh and optimize listings regularly for maximum visibility.
Assist in basic digital marketing and lead tracking activities.
Minimum 6 months of experience in front desk or portal /posting marketing roles (real estate experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Familiarity with property listing platforms (99acres, Housing.com, etc.).
