The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, communications, and confidential tasks efficiently. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
Handle all forms of communication (emails, phone calls, letters) and respond or redirect as appropriate.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external use.
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients and stakeholders.
Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reports.
Assist in planning and executing meetings, events, and conferences.
Maintain records, files, and confidential information with utmost discretion.
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal teams or external contacts.
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office organization.
