Executive Assistant to Director

Responsibilities:

Maintain confidentiality at all times

Client follow ups

Prepare reports using Excel

Handle basic accounts payable/receivable on tally

Responsible and dedicated

candidate must have strong follow ups, meeting scheduling, calendar management Etc.

Draft and review internal and external communications, including memos, and emails, letters and other business communications.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
