We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in a fast-paced textile manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO/Managing Director and other senior executives.
Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements (local and international).
Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, management meetings, and industry conferences.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations related to textile production, vendor relations, and compliance.
Serve as a liaison between senior management and internal departments, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports related to production planning, procurement, and market trends.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s textile operations, supply chain, and client requirements to effectively prioritize executive tasks.
Monitor and follow up on action items, deadlines, and deliverables across departments.
Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Support in the coordination of site visits, factory tours, audits, and client meetings.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in manufacturing or textile industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
Familiarity with textile production processes and terminology is a plus.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
