Job Summary

We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support senior management in daily operations, documentation, and coordination tasks. Candidate must be well-organized, multitasking, and strong in written & verbal communication.

🔹 Key Responsibilities•

• Handle documentation, reports, data entry & presentation.

• Minimum 1 year experience in documentation & operations-related work.

• Knowledge of letter drafting & official correspondence.

• Manage emails, calls, schedules & communication

• Assist in various operational activities and task follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal departments & external service providers

• Support with customer, vendor & admin coordination

• Maintain confidential files and basic office administration

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
