Executive Assistant Role reporting to Managing Director.
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
Prepare and organize meetings, conferences, and presentations, including agenda drafting and minute-taking.
Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documentation with utmost discretion.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups and action items.
Review and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, invitations, etc.).
Prepare expense reports, manage reimbursements, and support budgeting activities.
Assist in project tracking, report generation, and basic data analysis for executive decision-making.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the executive office in all interactions.
Support the leadership team in event planning, internal communications, and special assignments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.
