*Role Overview:*

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented *Executive Assistant* to support senior leadership in managing daily operations, communications, and strategic tasks. The role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work across multiple locations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage calendars, meetings, and travel schedules.

* Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.

* Act as liaison between management, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

* Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for meetings.

* Handle confidential information with professionalism.

* Support in event coordination, site visits, and compliance documentation.

*Requirements:*

* Postgraduate / MBA

* 3–5 years’ experience as Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

* Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication (English/Hindi; Marathi preferred).

* High level of discretion, multitasking ability, and willingness to travel.
