Act as the point of contact with the Director.
Manage and organize Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
Assist in project coordination, documentation, and follow-up with clients, consultants, and site teams.
Handle confidential documents and information with integrity and discretion.
Organize and maintain files, databases, and design/project-related correspondence.
Prepare presentations, reports, and communication on behalf of the Director.
Attend meetings (onsite/offsite) when required and ensure minutes and actions are documented and tracked.
Provide logistical and administrative support for events, site visits, and client meetings.
