Job Description-
Provide high-level administrative support to [CEO/Executive Name or Leadership Team]
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international)
Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials
Organize and maintain confidential files and documents
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence
Coordinate and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
Anticipate the needs of the executive and act accordingly
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant role (typically 3–5 years)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and with a high level of discretion
Bachelor's degree preferred
