Manage and maintain executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
Arrange domestic and international travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Track and manage expenses; process reimbursements and maintain executive’s expense reports.
Support the executive with personal tasks as needed (if applicable).
Liaise with internal departments on behalf of the executive for smooth workflow and project follow-ups.
Monitor and prioritize incoming emails and calls.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of strategic projects or events.
