Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support & Coordination
• Manage the MD’s calendar, meeting schedules, appointments, and travel plans.
• Ensure smooth coordination of daily activities and provide timely reminders.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
2. Communication & Documentation
• Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, and official communication.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and MIS updates.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidential handling of sensitive
information.
3. Meeting & Review Management
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate logistics.
• Record minutes of meetings and follow up on action points till closure.
• Support in organizing Board Meetings, leadership reviews, and business discussions.
4. Travel & Event Coordination
• Organize domestic and international travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Assist in coordination for corporate events, conferences, and review meetings.
5. Administrative & Operational Support
• Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and vendor coordination.
• Handle office-related tasks, coordination with HR/Admin/Finance teams.
• Provide end-to-end administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the MD’s office.
6. Confidential & Strategic Assignments
• Assist the MD in strategic projects, research, and data analysis as needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
