· Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
· Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
· Attend meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items.
· Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
· Arrange travel, accommodations and itineraries for the Director.
· Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, events and conferences.
· Conduct research and compile data for decision-making support.
· May be required to travel outstation with the Director for meetings
· Follow up with various team members for periodic reports and updates.
· Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
