• Act as the voice of the Director, ensuring all tasks delegated are tracked, followed, and completed.
• Maintain a Delegation Sheet: when, to whom, why tasks were assigned, and track until closure.
• Handle all professional & personal tasks of the Director (office + personal life management).
• Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, calls, meetings, travel, emails, and follow-ups.
• Be available 24x7, 365 days for urgent work (calls/emails at odd hours).
• Perform detailed research work, vendor coordination, document preparation, and reporting.
• Coordinate with the team – ensuring that any instruction given through EA is treated as coming directly from the Director.
• Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Graduate (Secretarial/Business Administration preferred).
• 3–5 years’ prior EA/Admin/Coordinator experience.
• EXCELLENT follow-up skills (non-negotiable).
• Mastery of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), shorthand, and Google search.
• Strong command of English (written & spoken).
• Highly organised, detail-orientated, and persistent.
• Ability to get work done from others, even from senior employees.
• Honest, loyal, and stable (no frequent job-hopping).
• Open to managing personal tasks along with official duties.
