Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director
Location: Bavdhan, Pune
Experience: 1–2 years
Salary: 2–3 LPA
Work Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Gender Preference: Female

Reports To: Director
Objective:
To provide high-level executive support to the Director by managing schedules, coordinating key business operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining confidentiality. The role ensures efficient workflow, assists in strategic decision-making, and supports departmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Meeting Management:
Organize and maintain the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Primary Point of Contact:
Act as the main liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders; draft and review emails, reports, and presentations.
Meeting Support:
Prepare agendas, minutes, and action plans for key meetings and ensure timely follow-up.
Strategic Project Assistance:
Support strategic projects related to real estate transactions, property management, and development initiatives.
Confidential Records Handling:
Manage confidential files, reports, and legal documents related to real estate transactions while ensuring organizational efficiency.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Coordinate with senior executives, clients, vendors, and team members on behalf of the Director.
Administrative Operations:
Handle office-related tasks such as expense management, vendor coordination, document handling, and event planning.
Cross-Department Coordination:
Work with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow and proper execution of the MD’s directives.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and real estate management software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
