Job Summary:
We are seeking a smart, proactive, and well-organized Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director (MD) in day-to-day operations, communication management, calendar coordination, and confidential tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments

• Draft emails, reports, and presentations

• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders

• Maintain discretion and handle confidential information

• Prepare and follow up on business documentation and action items

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Graduate/Postgraduate preferred
