📌 Job Title: MIS Executive Trainee

📍 Location: Suramangalam, Salem

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of 40–50 operators

Maintain daily attendance and work data MIS

Audit the submitted data regularly for accuracy and completeness

Provide weekly training and performance feedback to operators

Ensure collection and verification of required documents from all operators

Coordinate between operators and management for smooth operations

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and Kannada

Willingness to work from the Salem – Suramangalam location
